HOW TO REGISTER

If you are interested in registering for one of our courses, please fill in and send us the CONTACT FORM. You will be asked to come to our school or to make an appointment on Skype in order to assess your language level. During a short interview, teachers will gather all the information needed to establish which course best meets your learning needs.

At the time of registration you will be given the course schedule. Each class lasts 60 minutes..


PAYMENT

Standard courses: 50% of the total amount is due upon registration. The remaining 50% is due halfway through the course.

Intensive courses: 100% of the total amount is due upon registration.

Fares include all teaching material except the text book (if needed).

Payments may be made in cash or via bank transfer (1)


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY ENROLMENT

If you cancel your enrolment up to 7 days before the course begins, you will be refunded 100%.

If you cancel your enrolment within 7 days before the course begins, you will be refunded 50%.

No refunds will be made after the course has started.

Should L’Altra Lingua fail to organise a group course for the level requested, the school will offer students an alternative solution. Should the school and the student fail to reach an agreement, L’Altra Lingua will refund any amount already paid.


CANCELLAZIONE LEZIONI

One-to-one and tandem (two-student) classes: rescheduling classes is possible as long as you communicate your absence to the teacher in advance via mail/sms:
- by 10 pm of the day before (morning classes, starting before noon)
- by 10 am of the same day (afternoon classes)

Group courses:
missed classes cannot be rescheduled.
