ITALIAN COOKING - learn the language while getting to know Italian food traditions, tastes, recipes and products. After an introductory lesson in class you will work with an Italian cook and prepare some typical Italian dishes. The course Italian cooking is open to students who have attained an elementary knowledge (A2) of the Italian language..

ITALIAN HISTORY AND ITALY TODAY - this course is especially designed for those who would like to deepen their knowledge of Italian society and history and learn more about the origins of contemporary Italy. In order to attend this course you need to have attained an intermediate level (B1) of Italian language.

ITALIAN LITERATURE - During this course you will explore some of the most famous authors and literary works in the history of Italian Literature. The course Italian literature is open to students who have attained an upper intermediate knowledge (B2) of the Italian language.

ITALIAN AND MUSIC - a course dedicated to the Italian opera tradition, its history and language. In order to attend this course you need to have attained an intermediate level (B1) of Italian language.
